Cooking method

This steak can be cooked like any other bone in cut. Resting time after cooking is very important to allow for the juices to redistribute back into the meat. Don’t skip it and you will enjoy a richness of flavor found in the strip steak and the tenderness you can only find in the Filet Mignon.
