The Porterhouse needs no introduction. For those of you new to this cut, the Porterhouse is the only cut presenting you with a large filet mignon and a strip steak all packaged into one, held together with the iconic “T” shaped bone between them.

We’ve arguably taken one the most premium cuts of beef available and decided to elevate it even further. This 1.25-inch thick Porterhouse is dry aged in our specially designed ageing room for 30 days before it’s ready. This enhances the beef flavor and increases the tenderness which results in a spectacular cut of beef delivered straight to your door!

Cooking method

This steak can be cooked like any other bone in cut. Resting time after cooking is very important to allow for the juices to redistribute back into the meat. Don’t skip it and you will enjoy a richness of flavor found in the strip steak and the tenderness you can only find in the Filet Mignon all elevated to new heights during the dry ageing process.
